Shipping policy

Your order will reach you within 24-48 hours.

Delivery cut-off:
All Emirates: Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered within 48 hours.

Please have your ID ready for our courier to authenticate the receiver.

 

We do NOT ship to: Hotels, public places or any third party addresses.

 

While we strive to meet delivery expectations, delivery times and dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

-Customer availability

-Courier delays

-Customs clearance

-Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances

 

International orders:

International orders must be paid in full before a shipment is dispatched.

ABConcept will ship your order once destination laws and regulations are confirmed by shipping carrier to accept items in your order. 

Please note that the receiver bears all customs, duty and tax requirements by destination country and settles directly to shipping carrier upon delivery.

Failure to settle customs and duty taxes will result in return of the parcel to the sender. In this case. these taxes plus a market loss fee will be deducted from the refund amount of the order.
