In line with anti-money laundering regulations (AML), large or frequent orders will need a further verification step: a copy of Emirates ID.
Orders exceeding AED 55,000 will require Ultimate Beneficial Owner verification along with Emirates ID/trade license and Tax Registration Number for companies. A Know Your Customer form will be communicated to be filled and signed.

Yes, you can choose "pick up" option on checkout, and we will contact you to confirm your order pick up time from our location.
We usually deliver our orders within 24 hours within UAE, free of charge (for orders above AED 500).

Yes. Delivery cut-offs:
All Emirates: Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered within 48 hours.
We deliver through a courier service.
While we can't control delivery time, we'll gladly forward your request to our courier partner.
Yes, you can choose your GCC country on checkout, and relevant shipping rates will be applied to your order.
International orders are subject to courier/local customs restrictions. In case our courier rejects a shipment, we will issue a refund instantly.
Shipping outside UAE requires a pre-payment, and receiver is responsible to cover import taxes and duties of destination country paid directly to our courier.
In case of a returned/undeliverable shipment, these taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.
